Our visit with Senator Akaka and first concert

Group #2 left Washington National Airport after loading and boarding our bus. The first stop was in front of the U.S. Capitol building. Group #1 arrived earlier and toured the Capitol and visited the Smithsonian.
Brian gathered us together and told us a few facts about the Capitol Building and explained that we would be walking around the Capitol to the Hart Senate Office Building for our first concert for Senator Akaka.
A view of the U.S. Capitol
We stopped along the way to let everyone catch up. Does everyone look like they are having a good time?
When we got around to the back of the capitol, across the street was the Russell Senate office building, one of three Senate Office buildings. Our destination was the Hart Senate Office Building.

We reach our destination!
